CSI Afex Member Loyalty Program

Last updated: June 2025 · Applicable to all CSI Afex reward & membership programs

By registering as a member or participating in the CSI Afex loyalty program, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions contained in this document. Please read carefully before making any transactions or reward redemptions.

Article 01

Definitions & General Provisions

In this document, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

  • "CSI Afex" / "Company" — CSI Afex, a manufacturer of DIN Rail aerosol fire suppression products located at 407-552 Clarke Road Coquitlam, BC, V3J 0A3, Canada, represented by the official distributor PT. PARAMA ENERGI RAYA.
  • "Member" — a customer who has met the cumulative purchase requirements and holds active membership in the CSI loyalty program.
  • "Loyalty Program" — the reward points program providing exclusive benefits to loyal customers of CSI Afex.
  • "Points" — digital reward units credited to a member's account based on purchases of CSI products.
  • "Reward" — gifts or benefits that can be redeemed using collected points.
  • "Free Umroh" — the grand prize of the loyalty program in the form of a complimentary Umroh pilgrimage trip.
  • "Redemption" — the process of exchanging accumulated points for available rewards.

This loyalty program is voluntary and open to all active customers of CSI Afex who meet the applicable terms.

Article 02

Member Eligibility & Requirements

A customer will be automatically upgraded to CSI Member status upon meeting the following conditions:

  • Possess a registered account on the CSI Afex platform (csiAfex.com)
  • Have purchased a cumulative minimum of 15 pcs (units) of CSI aerosol fire suppression products
  • Order status is confirmed (confirmed, processing, shipped, or delivered)
  • Purchases are made directly through the official CSI Afex platform

Important: Member status is permanent. Once a customer achieves Member status, it will not be revoked, even if the minimum purchase requirements are modified in the future.

The Company reserves the right to amend the minimum purchase threshold for new member eligibility without affecting existing members.

Article 03

Reward Point System

Reward points are awarded to CSI Members based on valid purchase transactions. Point accumulation rules:

Purchase of CSI products (per pc) Based on active policy Credited once the order is confirmed
First purchase bonus Based on active promo Applicable to new members only
New member referral Based on ongoing program If referral program is active

Points are only awarded to customers with active Member status. Regular "user" accounts do not accumulate reward points.

Earned points cannot be converted into cash (non-cashable).

The Company reserves the right to correct or cancel points earned from transactions that are subsequently cancelled, returned, or proven to be fraudulent.

Article 04

Free Umroh Program

The Free Umroh program is the grand prize of the CSI Afex loyalty program. The following conditions apply:

  • Winners must hold active CSI Member status at the time of redemption
  • The number of points required to redeem a Free Umroh reward is 80 Points
  • This reward covers 1 (one) person for the Umroh pilgrimage, unless specified otherwise in specific promotional terms
  • Winners must be Indonesian Citizens (WNI) with a valid passport
  • Winners must agree to follow the departure schedule determined by the organizer
  • CSI Afex reserves the right to designate the official travel agency used for the trip

The Free Umroh program is a real token of appreciation from CSI Afex to loyal customers. This program runs as long as quota slots are available and can be discontinued at any time with prior notice.

The Free Umroh package does not include:

  • Visa processing fees (if applicable)
  • Meningitis vaccine and health check fees
  • Personal expenses during the trip (shopping, tips, etc.)
  • Additional fees due to extended stay
  • Personal travel insurance
Article 05

Reward Redemption Process

Redemptions are requested via the member dashboard on the CSI Afex platform. General terms:

  1. Members must have sufficient points before applying for redemption
  2. Once a redemption is confirmed, the corresponding points will be immediately deducted from the account balance
  3. Confirmed redemptions cannot be cancelled
  4. The CSI Afex team will process redemption requests within 3–7 business days
  5. Confirmation and shipping details will be sent to the registered email address
  6. For physical rewards: shipment will be made to the registered address in the member's account
  7. For Free Umroh: further coordination will be conducted via WhatsApp or official email

CSI Afex reserves the right to reject or delay any redemptions suspected of violating terms or indicating account abuse.

Article 06

Member Privileges & Benefits

Customers with CSI Member status receive several exclusive privileges compared to regular users:

  • Special Member Pricing: access to lower prices for every CSI product sold on the platform
  • Free Shipping: complimentary shipping throughout Java (applicable to designated areas)
  • Priority Customer Service: customer service queue is prioritized for active members
  • Exclusive Reward Access: special rewards available only to members
  • First-Look Updates: early notifications for new products and promotions
  • Continuous Point Program: every subsequent purchase earns reward points

These privileges may change at any time in accordance with company policy, with notification provided to active members.

Article 07

Point Validity & Expiration

Terms regarding the validity of accumulated points:

  • Points remain valid as long as the member account is active and no policy violations occur
  • Points will automatically expire if there is no transaction activity for 24 consecutive months
  • Redeemed points cannot be refunded or returned under any circumstances
  • Points are non-transferable to other member accounts
  • Voluntary account closure will result in the immediate forfeiture of all accumulated points

CSI Afex will send an email notification 30 days before points expire so that members can redeem them in time.

Article 08

Product & Purchase Terms

Purchases counted towards member eligibility and point rewards must meet the following terms:

  • Purchases must be made through the official CSI Afex platform (csiAfex.com or other official channels)
  • The products purchased must be catalogued CSI QRR aerosol fire suppression units
  • The order status must be at least Confirmed (approved by the admin)
  • Bulk purchases are calculated based on the total number of units (pcs) in the order
  • Cancelled or returned orders will deduct from the cumulative purchase quantity and point balance

Purchases made outside the official platform (third-party marketplaces, unauthorized resellers) do not count towards the loyalty program.

Article 09

Cancellations & Returns

Policy on order cancellations and product returns:

  • Order cancellation is allowed before the status changes to Processing
  • Product returns only apply to items received in a damaged or defective state, accompanied by clear photo/video evidence
  • Points credited from cancelled or returned orders will be automatically deducted
  • If a return causes the cumulative purchase quantity to fall below the minimum threshold, the Member status will not change
  • Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days via the original payment method
Article 10

Program Amendments & Termination

CSI Afex reserves the right to:

  • Amend, suspend, or terminate part or all of the loyalty program at any time
  • Modify point exchange rates, minimum redemption thresholds, or types of available rewards
  • Change the minimum purchase threshold for new member eligibility
  • Add or remove rewards from the catalog

Significant changes will be communicated via email to active members at least 14 days prior to taking effect. Minor updates may take effect immediately upon updating this page.

Continued participation in the program after changes are announced constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Article 11

Privacy & Data Protection

CSI Afex is committed to protecting the personal data of all members in compliance with Indonesian regulations:

  • Personal data (name, email, phone number, address) is used solely for loyalty program operations and reward shipping
  • Data will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law
  • Umroh pilgrimage data (passport, health details) will only be shared with CSI Afex's official travel agency partners
  • Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials (email & password)
  • Report any suspicious account activity immediately to the CSI Afex support team
Article 12

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this loyalty program shall be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled through the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI) or the competent courts of Indonesia.

If any provision of these terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
